To be honest we originally engaged Alice simply as part of a due diligence process and tick the box for an additional appraisal! But, the minute we met her we knew she was the one to help us sell our family whare of nearly 55 years. It was a daunting and emotional task for us but Alice led us through so seamlessly and connected us with the best services to complete a couple of tasks prior to and during the sale process. Alice explained all the unknowns to us and supported us every step of the way, daily. She was much more than our perception of a ‘real estate agent’ her experience, professional but super fun and committed attitude made this huge life event so much easier to deal with.
