Alice made everything about our first house purchase easy and uncomplicated. We had high expectations, some complicated conditions, and first time inexperience that meant we were very cautious and demanding. She solved our insurance issue by reaching out to her contacts. She negotiated the conditions we placed on our offer with great diplomacy. We were totally satisfied they were met despite the considerable effort required by the seller. Her good humour and warmth was probably a significant factor in her success in achieving this. If she is available when we ever come to sell, we will not be considering another agent.
