Alice was the lead agent involved in the sale of our property in Wellington. This occurred shortly after the first Covid-19 lockdown when there was uncertainty about how prices would go. She was highly professional, easy to communicate with, gave good advice, and was optimistic through the process. She achieved an excellent result. We highly recommend her. We were a bit miffed that the others (male) in her team tried to claim credit for the sale in that their names were on the official documents and not hers. We objected to this and had some changes made. Alice is a full agent; not an assistant and should be treated as such.
