Alice was recommended to us by some friends who had, had a great experience, so we naturally had high expectations! As first time sellers, Alice did a fantastic job at outlining the process and was understanding of what we wanted. Her communication was excellent, keeping in regular contact via email, texts or phone calls. Despite, a few minor hiccups she did what she could to fix, while keeping us informed and happy!
