We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Alice. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Buying a home can be stressful, but she was always thinking about how to make our lives easier throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We missed out on some houses and changed our minds more times than we can count, different houses, different locations and not once did she make us feel difficult or pressured. Instead, she constantly reassured us that the most important thing was choosing what truly suited us. We always felt supported, never pushed. Alice went far beyond what you’d expect from an agent. At times she was a part-time dog sitter, a part-time teenager wrangler, and often the calm voice we needed when we just needed to vent our frustrations. She made the whole experience feel personal, not transactional. Her professionalism combined with her warmth made all the difference. We will truly miss the regular interactions with her.
