Selling with Alice was a breeze

We were out-of-town vendors selling our Dunedin property, so all our communication with Alice took place over the phone or by email. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. As the house had been rented for many years, it needed quite a few touch-ups and small jobs before going on the market. Alice went above and beyond to coordinate everything for us, making the whole experience remarkably easy despite us living out of town. We also loved the beautiful gift she gave us after the sale—a watercolour painting of the house. It was such a thoughtful and meaningful keepsake of a home where we had made so many wonderful memories. We couldn’t recommend Alice highly enough!
