Alice is a tenacious agent and very hard worker. Our challenges were with a system that suffered from a lack of transparency and misinformation. This led to a number of instances were we invested considerable time and money based on one set of expectations only to be left hanging and out of pocket. It also led to much frustration and unnecessary stress. It is difficult to pinpoint the exact reason for this but it seems to come in some cases from poor internal communications between the agents themselves (in this case within Metro). Other reasons seem to relate to the broader way the real estate market operates and applies to our experiences with other agencies - hence not wanting to negatively review Alice's efforts to harshly.
I liked the experience of working with Alice. She is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to reasonable requests. She is a very likeable person and wonderful to work with. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends. If in the future, we will sell our property, we will definitely look for Alice for this endeavor. Thanks for everything Alice!
