She was really good as I felt she was quite honest and understood that we really wanted to buy the property and seemed to want to help. Probably does that for all the clients on same property but was good.
Alice not only sold the house for us but had originally sold it to us! Alice has provided a complete service for selling the property, doing all she could to ensure both ourselves and the buyer were happy. She has arranged all the necessary services for cleaning the house and section and been available to field all sorts of queries. I was referred to Alice from a work colleague in Queenstown who had sold his house in Dunedin with Alice. Alice was on board from when the house was first getting renovated 6 months prior to the sale. Alice was open to helping in any way from picking paint colors, floor coverings and suggesting to have the fire place powder coated. Looking back, getting in touch with Alice was one of the best things I did for the project's final outcome and result. Her knowledge of what was going to make a difference was very important. A very friendly and happy person to deal with and I didn’t feel pressurised by her to buy at any stage. If you are selling a house, she also does a great job staging a house.
