Alice is incredibly helpful, bubbly and lovely to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure that we knew all we needed to, and to work out a timeline that worked for both parties. She made the experience enjoyable and significantly less stressful; working with her was lovely and enlightening.

We had Alice Munro and Anita Greene working together to sell our house and it was a great experience. Some of the things that we really appreciated were; 1) they were great communicators - in person and keeping us updated with email and WhatsApp messages. 2) they involved the whole Bayleys Dunedin team which meant other agents took interested parties through in addition to the open homes. 3) They made themselves available for interested parties to do additional private viewings at short notice. 4) they offered lots of thoughtful extras like lending us decor from their own homes to give us the best presentation possible. 5) very trustworthy, we were away during the selling of our home and trusted them fully with our house and keeping it open home ready. 6) great contacts, they put us in touch with good tradies to get our house ready and Geoff (House & Garden Care Dunedin) to keep the garden looking great (who I also highly recommend!). 7) they were super efficient and sold our house even quicker than we had hoped!
