The best thing I enjoyed about Alice was her honesty and integrity - in particular, there was never any attempt on her behalf to influence my decision around house buying or to try to convince me that this was the house for me. Alice was personable and easy to talk with, and her communication skills and commitment to keeping me informed about the process made the experience smooth and easy to understand, despite my ignorance about these things. I felt reassured that I was valued as a client, was always kept in the loop about procedures (without any excessive communication), and Alice was always friendly and respectful.
