Ali Mohamed

Initially our whanau were skeptical and very reserved but as the selling process continued the trust and rapport grew with us and Ali. Ali outstanding professionalism and excellent work ethic was amazing he never faltered even under the extreme stress that he endured during the auction. He promised that his strategy was going to get what we hoped & he did that and much much more. Prepared us by attendibg regular auction before Mega Auction. He educated us in every aspect of selling by Auction so we made inforned decisions right down to “not pausing & selling now price”. This was not just another sale we were selling our 54 yr old homestead that was left by my father and his dying wishes. He knew how important it was for us to involve our adult children in the process and our adult children found him to have good communication skills and they monitored the marketing and digital strategy and folliwed Ali sociā media throughout the campaign. Realising that whanau was significantly important to us, Ali kept all our whanau updated and informed. We knew Ali understood the importance,of whanau when he brought his own children to meet our whanau including our dog. Ali always respectful, honoured our cultural values and differences & his willingness to understand and openness to learn was extraordinary. By now Ali became more than a business acquaintance or transactional relatiionship. His reaourcefulness in this industry helped us right up to settlement day. Showing up to put on a tracksuit and physically help us clean up and move was unbelievable. Ali also attended the closing prayers or poroporoaki (farewell service) held with my exteended whanau and Kuia. We knew the sacrifices he made for us and for this we will always be truly thankful. We wish Ali well in his chosen career and hope he continues sharing the key values and learnings he gained from the sale our Wharenui o Tatou Whanau. He will bw a successful agent If he contines along thus pathway.
