In my experience this is not the normal approach taken by real estate agents in Christchurch. Ali’s approach is so different from other agents we worked with. Ali worked so very hard to get as many bidders signed up to the auction even after we went into lockdown. He had organised a fantastic video and photo shoot of the property which ensured the house profile still got huge exposure under levels 4 and 3. He was incredibly courteous and to my mother, the vendor and showed an immense work ethic to achieve a great result for my vulnerable mother.
