We cannot recommend Alex Kramarenko highly enough. His knowledge of the Auckland apartment market is excellent and his professionalism and polite, pleasant nature made him a pleasure to work with. We found Alex to be very responsive and willing to go out of his way to accommodate our requests often offering to go the extra mile. We have never had any dealings with an agent who suggested a second viewing late at night so we could judge noise levels! We appreciate the commitment this shows. We would certainly rate Alex as a top agent and would not hesitate to engage him for any future property transactions we may undertake.

A pleasure to workwith.

Alex works very hard to follow every lead and so I felt secure we would get a good result, which we did. He is also honest and polite, and always has a positive attitude! Any problems that cropped up were dealt with and his attention to detail is excellent.

Alex was very knowledgeable about this property, very proactive in getting all the correct information and documents to me in a timely manner, and excellent in communication. This was much appreciated. Will def recommend Alex in any sales transaction

Alexander goes the extra mile. Very professional. I thoroughly recommend Alexander based on his attention to detail and knowledge of the real estate market.

Alex has great skills to understand buyers wishes and he will work hard to make them come true. He was super kind, patient and always proactive to solve our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us, first-time buyers. Given it was such an easy and positive experience we would highly recommend Alex!

We worked with Luke and Alex both as purchasers and as vendors and our experience with them has always been top-notch. If we look at the service, the attention to detail and the amount of work they put into helping their customers, they are at a completely different level to what we have experienced from other agents or what we have heard from friends.

Thank you so much Alexander for all your help, your time and your dedication! Alexander helped us a lot to check the properties thoroughly and to avoid risky houses. He also helped to do a very detailed pre-settlement check and list everything that we might want to be fixed before the settlement. His expertise was crucial for us, as we are unexperienced first home buyers and we don't know what could happen with houses over the time or where to look for during the house check, and Alexanders' knowledge of the market, of the properties in general helped us find a nice house we are happy to live now. Not to mention that Alexander is super friendly, open, always online and answered all our thousands of questions even in the non-working hours. Thanks again for your patience! Love your work.

Alex and Luke provided good service...and got the job done with minimal fuss And always dress well

Alex has been so helpful, friendly and kind to me. Considering a complex situation I had as a migrant buyer, Alex has supported the communication with the developer and my solicitor. It made the overall process smooth and successful. Now I am able to live in this very first apartment happily.

I'm so grateful for the wonderful support I received from Alexander, my real estate agent. Purchasing a new home can be a very stressful process, but Alexander was always there to provide support and guidance. He was always quick to respond to my questions and provided valuable insights that helped make the process smoother. Even after the purchase was complete , he continues to be supportive, providing recommendations for home services and answering any additional questions I have. I would highly recommend Alexander to anyone looking for a real estate agent - he goes above and beyond to support his clients!
