Good outcome during challenging times

We decided to sell our rental property just as the housing market began to "soften". The property was tenanted and Alexa had to work closely with the tenants to promote the property. Some open homes required a fair bit of preparation to overcome the unfavourable levels of tidiness that Alexa was met with. Despite all of the hurdles, Alexa stuck with the plan and eventually made the sale. Experience and good inter-personal skills were the key.
