Alex provided excellent service in helping us purchase our new home. Very hard working with clear & quick responses to messages. Extremely helpful in organising private viewing at short notice. Patient answering our questions & explaining the buying process to my daughter (First Home Buyer) and me. Professional yet friendly & supportive manner. A real pleasure to deal with.

I recently bought a property with Alex Matheson’s help and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. He was easy to work with, always friendly, and made the whole process feel straightforward. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy; he gave me the time and space to consider my options, while still being responsive and informative whenever I had questions. His approach made the buying process much less stressful, and I felt supported the entire way. Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for a genuine, professional agent who puts buyers at ease.

When it came to selling my house, Alex Matheson managed the process with great care and attention. He’s incredibly hardworking and put in every effort to get the job done, leaving no stone unturned. What really stood out was how reachable he was—day or night, even late hours, he was always there to answer questions or provide updates. Beyond that, he’s got a ton of energy, which kept things moving forward with momentum. He’s also fantastic with people, making everyone feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. On top of it all, his knowledge of the legal side and his skill in dealing with buyers gave me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to sell my home!
