We really had very good experience with Alex in our first home purchase. She was very professional, approachable and supportive throughout the process. She was always available to answer our queries. Since it was our first home purchase, we had a lot of silly doubts and questions. There Alex showed extreme patience and explained things in a way how we can understand. Also she coordinated everything well with mortgage adviser, lawyer, property owner etc. In general, we were very much relaxed throughout the process as Alex was very reliable and helpful.
