We have only meet Alex while our family were viewing open homes and it was at one of the properties. Although we were not interested in that particular property, he still apporached to us to have friendly chat to figure out our current situation. He was available to take our phone calls anytime during the day even at the late time of the day, also he did lot of research on properties which will suit our requirements/needs and send us updated list every day so we could arrange time to view the property together in the weekend. He was able to answer to our questions about the houses which wasn’t listed under himself, which is prooving that he did lot of checkings and research around all the listed properties he provided to us; not just copy and paste the website to show us. Myself also had another agent who was willing to help me to find our family home however I felt it’s going to be smoother/easier process with Alex and he finally found us the family home that suit each individual of my family member’s needs. Alex even had to receive our phone calls until 11pm to complete the offer agreement between me and the current vendor of the property we chose to put an offer, and he was still polite and friendly without showing any hesitation. Im really glad that our family could make this relationship with Alex and we know that he will do his best when we introduce him to our friends and family members to be their agent.
