This is the second property Alex has marketed and successfully sold for me. I find him to be highly professional, approachable and easy to deal with. He's clearly very enthusiastic about his job and goes above and beyond to achieve the best results. I think his friendly and non-pushy approach helps to bring in potential purchasers, but he also knows how to negotiate the best offer when the time comes.
