Excellent communication and made the process super easy!

From the time that we stepped into the open home, Alex was super friendly and made us feel like the home that we bought could be ours. He was super interested in finding out more about what we were looking for, and as such was able to tailor the buying journey to what we needed. When it came time to put in an offer, he also made it super easy to go through the steps, from first offer, to negotiation, to conditional offer, and finally through to the unconditional phase that we're in now. Thank you Alex for all that you did for us. Can't believe how easy the process was in the end!
