In a rapidly changing market, Alex was able to bring us numerous offers when many neighbouring properties were having no-shows at open homes, week after week. This is the third sale/purchase my family has worked on with Alex and we continue to choose him for good reason. His communication is consistent, timely and accurate. Overall a successful campaign. We were kept informed regularly of progress and interest. Alex acted professionally but our expectation on price that was recommended was higher than the market value, however we were happy with the price we received. At times we had difficulty contacting Alex and would have appreciated being told that he would be away on leave and leaving us in the capable hands of Nicole, especially as it was at the point of sale. Otherwise we are very happy with the service and the outcome.
