Aleisha was very professional and prompt with communication. Always wanting to go the extra mile. Only thing was we had an issue with was that we asked about the deposit and when it was payable and we were instructed that it would be on the settlement date, which it wasn’t as we had to pay upon going unconditional. We did not know this up until that point.
