He was able to give me great advice, and he always kept in touch with me re progress. He was very friendly and understanding. He was able to secure the best price possible for my late mother's house.

He had excellent people skills and very impressive communication with me, he didn't use big business words and just communicated in a way I understood. Very impressed with him.

It turned out to be a very easy process, and I am really happy with my purchase and the help of Alan's guidance
