We found Toni so obliging and very explanatory of each step in the sale, she was so understanding of our recent loss and having to sell the property as a result. She always asked us if we had anything that needed explaining or if we wanted to go through any notes. Day or night she was always prepared to listen to us and we always came to a nice compromise when discussing details. We could not fault her, she would never put you under any pressure, she was able to talk through things and ask questions and always listen to our answers, which is a really brilliant thing, a real top lady. It was just a good feeling working with them – The amazing work ethics, we couldn’t expect any better of them and update emails were always sent throughout. Additionally, Regan was so helpful, thoughtful and obliging also, I was reluctant to go through the digital signing process however he talked me through it at every step. However many stars you can give them, give them all!
Our experience with Toni & Reagan was excellent. We have not purchased in the Dunedin market before & they could not have been more helpful. They were informative & welcoming initially & then when we came for a second viewing took the time to understand our motivation. In doing so they provided additional information to assist with our decision around market etc but also advised us on some areas to seek advice on as the rules & regulations have changed since we had held additional property. The sellers situation was complicated and throughout the whole process of first making the offer and going through negotiation to the issues found during the building report which led to renegotiation to get to an unconditional contract this team did not need prompted to keep us informed - in fact they went out of their way to keep all parties up to speed. A total pleasure to deal with during a difficult sale and purchase process. We will continue our relationship with them as we seek tenants in the first instance. Highly recommend.
