If you want someone who will work around the clock to get your house sold, and make sure it is presented to it’s absolute best to ensure you secure the best possible price, then Toni is the agent for you. The advertising for my property went up at 4pm on a Friday, we had 2 open homes on the Saturday and Sunday, and by the Tuesday I had a signed contract. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Toni for selling - and the first time was just as fast, with 2 unconditional offers presented on the same day as my first open home. She is a skilled negotiator who has the ability to never do the “hard sell” on anyone, and I believe this is why she gets such fantastic results. People genuinely like her, and trust her. Her honesty always shines through.
