We had an incredible experience working with Alice to buy our first home. From start to finish, her communication was outstanding, ensuring we were always kept in the loop. Alice’s guidance throughout the process was invaluable, and her knowledge helped us navigate each step smoothly. She was so approachable and supportive that we always felt comfortable reaching out.

Alice has sold 2 properties for us. She has kept me informed at every step of the process. It has been a very difficult year for selling an apartment and Alice stayed positive and expectant of a result. She never put me under pressure to lower my price but the market made it clear that this was necessary. She suggested a new approach and this yielded the sale. Thank you Alice for all your hard work.

Alice has been amazing in selling our property as she gave us professional advice and support. She is definitely the most reliable and trustworthy person in the real estate industry.

Selling a property can be challenging and often comes with unexpected hurdles. Alice was outstanding in meeting those challenges, consistently keeping me informed of her progress and suggesting new strategies when needed to achieve a successful result. I was extremely pleased with her performance throughout the process and would most definitely engage her services again if I were to sell another property in the future.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Alice O'Styke following the sale of my investment apartment in Wellington. Alice was consistently responsive and kept me well-informed throughout the marketing campaign. I valued the regular updates received, specifically the phone calls after viewings and the detailed marketing reports. A significant benefit was her effective management of the existing tenants, ensuring a smooth process during the sale. Alice also helped by managing my expectations regarding the market conditions. I am grateful for the successful sale she achieved in a challenging Wellington market.

Alice is an incredibly hard worker. She listened to us, provided sound advice and got the job done, resulting in a sale that met our expectations. Alice is very quick to respod to communications and has a personal approach, fronting her open homes and getting to know what clients are after. We strongly recommend Alice and will definitely contract her again.

Alice (and Te Paea) were great to deal with. The process was clearly defined, and we received updates on the campaign weekly. Communication was excellent, and we went from listing to an unconditional sale in just over 4 weeks. Thanks team for everything!

Fantastic agent, runs a very slick campaign, you never have to call the agent to wonder where you are at because she updates you throughout the whole process, it feels so easy.

Alice is easy to deal with, and a great communicator. She sold our house at a great price. Alice appeared tireless whilst working to get the best outcome in a bearish market. We are very happy to recommend Alice.

The most amazing agent we’ve ever met as Alice gave us the best support in the process of getting our new home, our hats off to both her professionalism and humanity!

Alice was amazing. Really communicative and nice to deal worth. Gets things done without issue and makes things easy. Would recommend

Alice worked tirelessly to sell our property. As we were overseas sellers, nothing was too much trouble for Alice to help out with, and she went above and beyond the call of duty. Great communicator, extremely professional, hard worker and a genuine lovely person. Highly recommend Alice as your agent. Thank you Alice.
