An excellent service from Jason, Cam and Ben and admin support. Head and shoulders above other agencies. A wealth of knowledge and experience, especially in current market conditions. Professional polished marketing. Lovely helpful team who do all they can to accommodate their client’s needs. Highly recommended.
Our thanks to Jason, Ben and the team at Oliver Road for the beautiful marketing campaign, and intelligent and thoughtful management of the whole process, particularly in this market. We are sad to be leaving our special piece of paradise but Jason and the team saw what we fell in love with when we first bought, and found new owners, that we hope will enjoy it as much as we have.
Communication has been clear and tidy along the way. Whatever our questions were they have been answered properly. The team also did a good job to clean up yard before viewings.
From the beginning Oliver Road was our preferred agency to list, market and sell our property. Their reputation and the way they presented themselves in our very first meeting cemented the fact that we had picked a winning team. During our campaign the market changed drastically and although this was cause for some updates and changes we never gave up on the team and they never gave up on us. Through weekly updates, and sometimes daily phone calls we were always kept informed of the local, regional and even national real estate markets. Perseverance, and a strong belief in our property ensured they achieved a sale for us that netted us a very satisfactory price. We strongly suggest you use Oliver Road as your agency for the sale of your property - even though things may not always go as planned, you will not be disappointed.
I would thoroughly recommend Jason and the entire team of Oliver Road. We found them extremely professional, personable and hard working. The team made the process so easy, from listing, preparation, marketing and the final auction of our property. We would not hesitate to have Oliver Road involved in any further property endeavours in the future.
Whilst we had a unique property to sell, Cam and Jason guided us through, explaining what to expect throughout the marketing and sale process. The marketing was next level with an astute attention to detail. Their enthusiasm to achieve a good outcome was evident even through a difficult economic downturn. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated their support through what is often a very stressful time.
Jason was very easy to deal with. He developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for our property and saw that every opportunity to promote our property in a tough market was taken. Jason was always available to answer our questions and give advice throughout the campaign. Attention to detail was exemplary and we have recommend him to others.
The journey from listing to sold with Jason has been a very easy process. Right from the outset Jason was very clear about the process, in the preparation stage we just had to prep the best we could, once Jason took over his skills and communication have been excellent and at no time have I had to chase him for information. Thoroughly recommend Jason & Oliver Road.
Really grateful to Jason for making the whole house buying experience an easy and enjoyable one! We found Jason to be a really calm, clear communicator and never once felt pressured…that’s refreshing. The fact that he went on to sell our home without needing to go to market was an added bonus. Would absolutely choose Jason and Oliver Road’s services again if we needed them.
We had a great experience selling our house with Oliver Road. They kept us informed, helped us prepare our house and ultimately got a great result!
Jason Eves is a true professional. 1/Carries out what he says. 2/Punctual 3/Factual,no fluff and feathers. 4/Does research on topics and reports back quickly with answers. 5/Appears to enjoy his profession, therefore relaxed to a degree making the process for the client enjoyable as possible. Certainly my experience with Jason was a pleasure and I would certainly and have expressed to friends his attributes as above.
Selling our home was a large, complex endeavour. Jason and Cam did a first class job, presenting the house at its best, marketing it sublimely, and then providing us with clear, astute advice which meant an excellent deal for vendor and purchaser. We couldn’t have asked for more.
