Whilst we didn’t get quite the price we wanted , I’m sure we obtained a fair market price . We were more than happy with the market exposure. Jason and Cameron did a great job from the photos through to the many avenues they used to expose the property to the local and national market place . The result was a sale where both the buyer and us were happy . Well done guys , you went the extra mile . Thank you , Rosa and Mike

Cameron and Jason came to us with a totally fresh approach to marketing - their campaign was well thought through in terms of target market and research was thorough. In my opinion it's buyers whom require price justification, not vendors - Cameron & Jasons' research to support a target price was first class and gave us full confidence their campaign was robust. Their marketing involving scripts and photography was at a level beyond comparison. At all times Cameron & Jason operated at extremely high levels of professionalism, which is no doubt testament to their success. Our experience reflected one of full satisfaction throughout the entire selling process - regardless of price outcome. I'd have every confidence in recommending Cameron & Jason and the refreshing approach of Oliver Road.

Communication and Professionalism and friendly manner of both Jason and Cameron was most impressive, analysis of the market in which we live and the feedback unprecedented in our experience. The marketing material and avenues used to promote our home (photos, booklet/brochure and video) showed our home off to its best and to a wide audience. We would highly recommend their strategy to others looking to sell - gone in six weeks!!!

After being on the market with a previous agency for nearly 2 years Jason & Cameron had our place sold in just over a month. A slick media & marketing campaign complimented with awesome byer / seller communication made this an easy transition. Would highly recommend Oliver Road to all. A+ Many thanks!

Jason and Cameron have been wonderful throughout the whole process. They are very professional, knowledgeable, do best on what they do and achieve the best possible result for us as a customer which was very important to us. It was never going to be easy selling our house being a family of 4 children aged 6 and under. However, we could feel they genuinely cares about our family and try their best to accommodate our needs which made the process a whole lot more easier.

Very professional and knew the market we are selling in very well. Gave good guidance and the system they used for market feedback was very helpful. We knew we were operating in a small market (new high price building- small site - close to city - back site with small water view.

Jason and Cameron immediately impressed us with their professionalism and knowledge in applying a highly effective approach to marketing strategy. They maintained that high standard throughout the sale process. We particularly appreciated their excellent communication skills; they listened to our concerns and opinions, and provided clear explanations for the advice they provided. Their team of stylist, photographer and video production manager, were equally personable and professional, producing quality support in presenting our home. We’re really pleased we chose Oliver Road, and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a unique real estate team.

Having never used an agent before in NZ we thought long and hard about the company we went with and we are very pleased we went with Oliver Road. Cameron and Jason are both professional, pragmatic and personable, we felt that we and the property were treated uniquely. We were kept informed throughout the process and are pleased with the outcome – thank you. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Jason was great right from the start. From first meet and walk through, we didn't set a price until he had come back with local sales figures and then after a comparison and discussion we set our price based on pros and cons of ours. We initially had an over-estimated view of the price of our house and Jason was up front and honest from the outset and if he hadn't I know we wouldn't have had any interest. We knew he was giving good advice and had our sale at heart of the whole deal. Always impeccably presented for open homes he really was great. Would we sell with Jason again....absolutely. If it weren't for Jason our house would have sat around for a lot longer like a few other houses around us at the time. Thanks again Jason, 10/10.

From the first point of contact it was easily evident that Cameron and Jason from Oliver Road Estate Agents were not your regular real estate agents and company. Oliver Road are in Marketing vs Sales. A truely unique approach to selling our home. Fantastic Job done.

We found Jason extremely easy to get along with, he always followed up with us straight away after any prospective buyers had been through and also followed up quickly after any questions we asked of him. His knowledge of both sides (buying and selling) was first class. We would have no hesitation at all of recommending Jason and Oliver Road to any person wishing to sell.

I Could recommend Jason Eaves To anyone to sell their property. He is in no way overbearing or compelling in his approach to prospective purchasers. I have also had the experience of buying a property through him and again no pressure to buy. His manner and way of dealing with people is polite and respectful and I would certainly deal through his company again
