It was a difficult time over covid lockdown but Jo made It a somewhat personable experience by showing her vulnerability to what they were experiencing as agents. She was the perfect go to person between the vendors and us. She understood our love for the house we were purchasing but also the empathy we had for the elderly vendors we were buying off. That personal touch of understanding us as people made the whole experience really enjoyable
