Kelly is very professional in her role as agent. She has listening skills which then enables her to interact with the client in an efficient and reassuring manner, so important in a stressful time. I will be engaging Kelly on a forth coming family house sale, whoch is looming up fast. Oh another positive in her favour is that she cuts tnrouh the red tape and spells it out as it is, fantastic. Lovely to deal with though she had to check quite a few things out with her boss. Told some things that weren't true, return of auction fee. She obviously not too comfortable with some of the tighter negotiations. But she was a very trustworthy person and I liked her very much
