I found Kelly by searching for properties sold in the complex and surrounding area, made contact and once I had spoken to her I didn't even bother calling anyone else on my list. Kelly was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and positive. Kelly unfortunately had to deal with a less then helpful property manager and lets just say hard to get hold of tenants but showed tenacity and professionalism to ensure we had a successful outcome. We even had a curve ball thrown at us in the final pre purchase viewing but once again Kelly took control. I cant recommend (and thank) her enough.
