We had a fantastic experience purchasing our first home when Darren represented the sellers. He responded quickly to all of our questions, helped negotiate a potentially tricky "deal breaker", and honestly and diligently drew our attention to key features of the property and discussed potential developments that might affect the neighbourhood. After some amazingly dodgy experiences with other agents over the past six months - including two offers that we had to withdraw before going unconditional - it was such a relief to have our questions answered honestly before we placed our offer.
