Pip made selling my house as stress free as possible with her professional approach and great local knowledge. Would highly recommended her.

Pip & Jane work as a team, my dealings were mostly with Jane on the occasion, with Pip helping to make sure all went well. Also did a lot in preparation getting the house ready for sale. Followed through with anything that required more attention.

Pip had everything under control. Anything I needed or wasn't sure about she got onto straight away. Straight forward professional service.

Pip is the ultimate professional, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Pip has great communication skills and a professional approach making the sale of my house less stressful with a great result. I will recommend Tall Poppy to friends and family thinking of selling

Pip was amazing to work with, filled in any blanks that arose as a first home buyer. Made everything follow well. Would recommend Pip 100%

Knowing of Pips reputation, I went into this with very high expectations - she still managed to exceed all those expectations. She turned a complicated process into something simple and smooth, removing all stress around selling a house. Pip is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, she kept us in constant updates. I found that she went above and beyond without even being asked, this made the entire process so much easier. Any questions I had were explained to me in an easy to understand manner, she laid out everything I needed to do in a very simple format and made navigating what is usually an incredibly arduous process into a seamlessly easy transaction. Nothing was too big or too small. I would recommend Pip O'Connell to anyone wishing to sell a home

We found Pip and Jane great at selling our house very good and helpful nothing was a trouble to both of them we would highly recombined them for your realistate needs Louise and Les Mcneill

Pip listens and will do her best to achieve what you want. No B.S here. Very refreshing to work with.

Pip is quite possibly the best real estate agent we have dealt with. Very thorough. Straight up. Knows the market and gets to know not only the vendors but the buyers and then goes above and beyond for both. We both highly recommend Pip!

Pip is fantastic to work with, very professional in every way, attentive, respectful and patient. Her communications were precise, with impeccable local knowledge which I know helped us sell our property within a week of going to market. Would highly recommend and will be in touch with Pip if and when we need to divest or purchase building stock in Oamaru.

Very good communicator and professional operator
