We first heard about Mark and Zoom RA from an acquaintance of ours who moved into the area and it was Mark who oversaw the sale / purchase of their property. We also noticed Zoom RA's growing presence in the local real estate market so we made the initial contact and knew fairly quickly Mark was who we wanted to work with. Communication was very clear from his end and he explained the process very well. He got me a great price for the house more than I expected honestly. Maybe I made things difficult by allowing to keep giving the buyers extensions for finance to buy the house. But Mark was patient and in the end a good deal was done I was very happy with his efforts.
