We couldn’t have dreamed for a better agent than Steph! She is such a confident agent and knows the market so well, providing us with the best advice so we felt comfortable making big decisions along the way with our sale. You can count on Steph to have your back and your best interest at heart when it comes to negotiating deals! Thank you so much Stephanie Porowini. You are the best 😁

Stephanie was a great source of knowledge to us as first home buyers. She was easily contactable and went out of her way to organise viewings of multiple properties for us. Thanks Stephanie for helping us get a foot on the property ladder.

Stephanie was amazing! From time we engaged Stephanie to sell our house till it was sold was aweosme experience. Very fast, efficient and great sell price! This is the 2nd time we have sold a house with Stephanie and both times has been awesome. Very very highly recommended. Thanks a million Stephanie. We appreciate it 😎😎

Stephanie made the process easy and was very flexible in arranging viewing times and inspections. A pleasure to deal with.

As an ex real estate agent myself I could not fault Stephanie's market knowledge and professionalism. Her communication was excellent and she got us an unconditional sale in 2 weeks. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would recommend Stephanie without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a property.

Having moved to Whangarei and wanting to purchase a house we went hunting and checked out numerous open homes. We missed one open home we wanted to look at so I phoned Stephanie to view. Unfortunatly this was out of our price range but Stepanie went through the places that were affordable for us and BINGO we found the property we wanted. Stephanie was always available to answer any questions, find the information we required and help us find the support we needed, being new to the area. No question was too stupid and we felt supported in moving forward with the decisions needed to make our purchase. Stephanie provided us with great support, advice, and a home:)

Stephanie brings a calm collective skill set when selling real estate. Her confident manner and reasoned advice was very welcomed. We would not hesitate to recommend her services.

From the first moment we met with Steph she was the agent for us. She was incredibly on to it and right up with the market. We were from out of town so relied on her appraisal and knowledge and expertise. Her work ethic is unbelievable, her knowledge is insurpassable. we always felt totally confident with her advice. Cannot fault her service and professionalism, she is a credit to her profession. Thank you so much for working so hard to get the result that, we, as sellers wanted.

Stephanie provided us consistently with updates , time frames for Open Homes. Feedback from viewers and suggestions on appropriate pricing which culminated in the Sale of the property. I am very grateful for her patience dealing with one seller. Thanks so much Stephanie you are a 🌟 Star!

She is very professional and trusted. Really appreciate her all effort.

Stephanie has been amazing throughout the entire process of finding and buying a home. Her professionalism and dedication to the job is spot on. Every enquiry was met with admirable timeliness and nothing was put in the too hard basket from start to finish. I highly recommend Stephanie and am so glad to have her as my agent.

Stephanie was caring, knowledgeable and genuine in her presence. We were able to promptly get amazing photos done that really helped our property shine. After one open home we got two offers straight away and we were able to move forward with our next home purchase promptly. If we ever sell again or know someone who wants to sell, we know who we will be sending them to. Thanks so much again for your care and patience getting us to the finish line earlier than we ever expected.
