Stephanie was the agent selling the home we purchased. She was always really efficient with communication and able to work around our busy schedule with viewings which was very much appreciated. Once the purchase was complete Stephanie still checked in with us to see how we were going which we thought was lovely. Highly recommend Stephanie - she was awesome to work with.
Stephanie goes the extra mile to ensure all of our questions are answered and that everything goes smoothly during the buying process. Thanks again Stephanie. Until the next time. Susan and Roger
I am very pleased to have worked with a real expert who knows her business.
Stephanie made buying our first home such a breeze! She was very clear and always a phone call away if we were having trouble. Thank you Stephanie!
Stephanie sold my property in a tight market using effective communication, realtor skills and local insight. The entire process was carried out without a face to face between us, so communication was a priority. Stephanie used text, email and regular calls to ensure I was fully across the process. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell.
Stephanie worked extremely hard to sell our property in a tight market. Extremely professional, excellent honest communication. Has a large network of Whangarei contacts internally and externally which assisted in the sale. Also impressed with her positive attitude throughout the process. Would not hesitate in using her again.
Stephanie helped us sell my mum's property in Mangapai. It was the second property we listed with Stephanie because she had been so great to work with. I'm based in Auckland and my brother is based in America. Stephanie helped me connect with awesome home decor stagers and hard working gardeners. She is a great with communication. Always quick to give us updates. I would highly recommend listing with Stephanie. She is super proactive, on top it, knowledgeable and caring.
Stephanie was so easy to deal with, friendly and professional and on point with all steps in our buying journey. She happily worked with all members in our family to best fit with our schedules (and computer skill levels) and explained each step we needed to take clearly and as it needed to happen. She is also just a down to earth nice person which makes it even easier to work with her :) Thank you Stephanie!
Stephanie was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable about the property she was marketing. She was helpful throughout the whole process, communicating clearly and often and supporting both vendor and purchaser to a great conclusion.
Good communication and made for a smooth process
Steph from the start was helpful and communicated with us as required. She went the extra mile to support us in the purchase.
