She responded to my first call very quickly and after an initial viewing of the house she produced a detailed market evaluation with a marketing plan. I was happy with the plan and her suggestions for preparing the house for sale. An added bonus was the extra staging she was able to provide which I think made the place look amazing. Fiona communicated well and kept me up to date with developments throughout the marketing campaign and the subsequent sale. My initial approach to her was as a result of a recommendation and I would happily go to her again if I was looking at selling a house. The whole sales process went smoothly.
