This is the second property Raewyn has sold for me this year and I am so glad I chose her. It's always a difficult decision choosing an agent especially if like a lot of people, you don't sell houses very often. Don't discount Aritzo as a budget choice. I have used expensive real estate companies before and I don't feel as though I achieved a better price for my property or better service. I have total faith in Raewyn's ability to advise on marketing and price. I have sold using Aritzo three times and also bought my own home through them. Raewyn is a first class agent. She is enthusiastic about each property, she always focusses on the positive aspects and doesn't even mentioned the negatives. It's a tough market for selling property at the moment, I realised there were a lot of choices out there for buyers, however she managed to sell it within weeks and I was happy with the price. I asked Raewyn to advise me on the best way to market the house, she was quick to react and to change the strategy slightly to keep buyer interest there. Raewyn follows up on deadlines with the vendor and purchaser right the way through the sale process. It made for a very relaxed experience for me. I can't thank her enough
