We decided on a marketing strategy to sell this house and we achieved our aim

From a casual acquaintance (we met in Totara Park while out walking our dogs) to a business partner in our joint goal of selling this house for the best price in this very competitive market. I chose to work with Ajay because he has a friendly, engaging personality. He lives my area and showed to me an in-depth knowledge of the market here. His strengths lie in his marketing background. We came up with a marketing plan, the main purpose being to get potential buyers to come and view the property with the view that to the right buyer it would sell itself. In this tough market we had approximately 16 people come to view the house thanks to the marketing plan we had prepared. This is the first house I have sold and I appreciate the commitment and encouragement from Ajay and especially achieving our goal.
