I think we appreciated a certain problem in pricing of the property as the vendors to do with the condition of the roof although we had done quite a lot to the property including the installation of heating and electrical work .The final price we arrived at with Peter was realistic and there was no pressure in this area .The photos and dressing of the property were arranged promptly .It was all a straight forward process although some open days may have been better placed . We would rate Peter and Chris as pleasant to deal with and communicated well through out the whole process. This reduced the stress considerably. We would recommend Peter as a personable, reliable and professional agent .
