We met Nicky and her team when we bought our current home and instantly wished we had picked them to sell our current home at the time. When it came to selling again we didnt even think twice to contact them, and from the very first zoom call she put us at ease and was genuinely nice and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend Nicky and her team!
Fantastic communication, knowledgable and efficient agent.
I found Nicky and Mark very easy to deal with right from the start of this whole process. The way they did their marketing, advertising etc was fantastic while keeping myself and Daughter up with everything that was happening. The photos looked amazing and the commentary about house land and everything around re schools, buses, shops, motorways, western springs lake, zoo etc and the hardiness of everything. They were so fantastic helping me when my mower man didn't turn up and if I needed they would come and make sure everything was done. I really appreciated that. They are very honest straight up Land Agents and I'd recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling. Nicky is always available to ask or find out things your not sure of right through to the final part and after sale still keeping us updated on any changes. You are the Best. Sorry Mark no more Plums. Love you both xx
Prompt action, very professional team work made the sale process less stressful than it could've been for my mother. We loved the free removal truck for the day and the cherry on top was Nicky's hubby fixing a couple of things pre-settlement. Thank you, highly recommend.
Nicky has been very responsive and has been very helpful in her advice which was tailored to constantly changing market. Her team was very helpful to arrange everything so that the process was as stress free as possible.
We had the pleasure of working with Marie from Team Malloy, who helped us find and purchase our new home! She listened to what we were wanting, sent through suitable properties, and walked us through them, all during a level 3 lockdown! Nothing was too big or too small for her, and she had outstanding communication. With her and Nicky’s guidance, we managed to win at auction and we couldn’t be happier. We’d highly recommend Marie and Team Malloy to anybody looking to sell or buy property.
Easy to deal with and meets all expectations and in a timely manner.
Was fantastic working with Nicky throughout selling one of our investment units. Got a great price and she often went above and beyond to help us!
Nicky was prompt with email responses. We had Georgia take care of us so well on site. She was able to answer any and all questions we had about the property with ease and promptness. She even went so far as to entertain our wee 4 year old with a bit of banter while we searched the property. Its the small things that count and they were able to provide them
NIcky was professional, helpful, encouraging, patient and went out of her way to help us
Team Malloy have done it again! Nicky Mark and Georgia are all great to work with, they made the process so simple, from understanding their costs upfront, to tidying up the property where it was needed to maximise sale value, through to the auction process itself. They made what could have been a nervous process actually enjoyable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, you won't be disappointed!
Team Malloy were outstanding in every way. They kept contact with us constantly, answering our silly questions with a smile and a laugh. They kept us calm and ensured us we knew what was going on at each step.
