Our situation was complicated by the lockdown but the agents did their best to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Our house initially on the market was listed by Barfoot & Thompson, long story short house is still ours after 5-month marathon. We actively approached Diego because his marketing is very eye-catching among the others, most importantly he is very positive with the attitude and energy to do whatever it takes to get your property sold. After taking us on board he guide us on each stage step by step, from staging to unique video marketing campaign are all done perfectly. It is hard to selling a house especially has been on the market for 5 month, but Diego did it and got our house SOLD in a short period of time. Selling your house can be frustrated but not if you have the right agent who knows what he is doing. We are 10000% (100 is not enough) to recommend Diego to be your real estate agent. Very easy to communicate with and always available. Was always open to my opinions and last minute random questions (I had a few being a first home seller). Could have explained process a bit better being a first home seller, but when approached, more than happy to clarify.
