We first met Diego a few years ago after going to an open home when we were being curious about what was selling around the neighbourhood. Diego knew we weren't ready to sell at the time as we were waiting until after we got back from a lengthy trip overseas. He kept in touch every few months, by giving us updates as to what was selling and for how much in our neighbourhood, but he never pestered us putting pressure on us to sell, unlike other agents. He was happy to sit back and wait for us to contact him when the time was right for us. And that time finally came in May 2020. We had a meeting with Diego and after discussing ways to sell, we opted to auction our home. Diego kept us up to date through the whole marketing and selling process with feedback from potential buyers, whether good or bad and statistics from the marketing websites. He ran open homes over 3 weekends then the auction on the 4th weekend. We were apprehensive at first on auction day wondering if anyone would turn up but we were very happy to see about a dozen or more groups at the auction. Most of these thanks to Diego's hard work in contacting all the people that had been to the open homes. The auction was a great decision as our home sold under the hammer with multiple bidders and a fantastic result. We can't speak more highly of Diego and his team for their hard work in promoting our home with huge thanks also to Aaron the auctioneer.
