We engaged Diego and his team to market and sell our West Harbour property over the period Nov – Dec 2020. Due to our location we sold remotely. At the beginning of our campaign, Diego provided realistic (anticipated) sale figures and guided us through the various marketing options. Throughout the one month campaign Diego and his team kept us fully informed on interest shown in the property – regularly sending us feedback from prospective buyers and a variety of market sources. Prior to the auction we held a number of video conference meetings with Diego, his team and the auctioneer. Diego was an amazing agent to work with.
