I first met Diego as a young agent some years ago when he was walking the West Auckland streets, door knocking for real estate business. I explained that I was not interested in selling, we had a pleasant chat and he continued on his way. His presentation, knowledge, professionalism and personality impressed me at the time, and I kept his card and magnetic note pad. I recently decided to sell, noted his rise to fame, phoned him, and he remembered our meeting! Within 24 hours we had met, he had viewed the property, we had settled the sales arrangements and his team were preparing the documentation. Within 48 hours he had emailed me his marketing plan, complete with dates for photography, on line presentation, signage, open homes and auction. I made some minor changes by phone with Diego and his team swung into action. He was constantly in touch with me by phone, txt and email during the marketing and pre auction activity, with questions and updates. The open houses were well organized and attended, consequently the property was sold in a little over 3 weeks. Diego was forthright and prompt in answering all my many questions. For me he presented a smooth and very professional operation. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and would unhesitatingly recommend Diego and his team to anyone considering property sales.
