If he said he would be there at 1.50 pm you bet your bottom dollar he would be there at 1.50 pm not a min before or a min after. They managed to overcome the numerous obstacles brought by an Auckland stuck at Alert Level 3, and prepared a great marketing campaign that attracted dozens of private viewings in the vert first weekend, which led to a great pre-auction offer the following Monday and final sale on the Wednesday, saving us loads of trouble and time.
