Living in London, we needed to sell our apartment remotely. Diego and team were very communicative and responsive despite the 11 hour time difference. I'm not sure he ever sleeps! Being a buyer's market it did take a little while to find a buyer but Diego was very transparent and advised us on when to change tack and when it might be a good idea to stop trying to sell for a while, but we got there in the end and Diego and team made the process very easy for us.
