Five weeks ago, I viewed my new house to be and expressed an interest subject to the sale of mine. My section needed some tidying before photos. A.J. visited twice with his weed eater, which made a difference. Within days, mine was for sale online. As there was interest in the house that I wanted, A.J. moved quickly to potentially secure it for me. I signed a contract. Six open homes later, along with frequent visits and communication, mine sold at auction in four weeks and I’m now looking forward to a new chapter. Thanks A.J.
