As a purchaser, I found the quality of communication excellent. Things had to happen quite fast on the sale. Amy and Delwyn facilitated the paperwork and building Inspection to make for a timely settlement, which was very satisfactory to both myself and the vendor. Certainly I recommend Tall Poppy in New Plymouth and would use them again.
Aimee perserved with the open homes and gave good feedback .She wanted to drop the price too soon when the family were not ready, She was pvery rice focussed and more work could have been done in improving the property description.
