Aimee took time to understand our requirements both in terms of price expectation but also what we felt were the best features of our house and how we had enjoyed living there as a family. She then worked with us to ensure the house was staged to the best effect even bringing in fresh flowers from her own garden! With little time before Christmas for Open Homes Aimee worked really hard to get enough potential purchasers through the house at times to suit them. She liaised well with both ourselves and all the purchasers to make sure any questions were quickly answered. Finally, Aimee's skilful negotiation meant we were able to accept an offer (at the top end of our expectation) before Christmas which removed a lot of stress.
