As first home buyers we nervous and unsure. We went to many open homes and dealt with a variety of agents from different agencies. Aiden stood out from the first email and after the first call. Responding and keeping true to his word we felt at ease signing the S&P. As you do, we had a variety of set back and changes which included having to change our broker in between and asking for extensions. Through out this whole process it felt that Aiden was not only on the Vendor's side but also on ours. Aiden is someone that can be trusted and is the only agent that I will recommend to family and friends. Not only did we buy our first home, we also made a new friend.
